Animal Collective's Panda Bear reportedly has a new album in the works.
The musician born Noah Lennox tells "Under the Radar" his follow-up to 2011's Tomboy will be out sometime this year, with the tentative title "Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper."
Lennox says he's once again teamed up with producer Sonic Boom, who also worked on Tomboy.
In the interim since that album, Animal Collective released their ninth studio effort Centipede Hz, and Panda Bear showed up as the featured artist on Daft Punk's "Doin' It Right." The single was taken from the Robots' Random Access Memories, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year last month.
