Years ago my family lost everything in a hurricane and rebuilding from the ground up isn't easy. I know this first hand. With help from friends, family, the community and total strangers...we were able to pick up the pieces and move forward. It took years. There were struggles and tears, but there were also smiles, new friendships and new beginnings.
My heart goes out to those who have been misplaced and affected by this storm and I know with the help of others they will be able to rebuild.
