Buying Milk with Milky Chance

Music improves your mood. It's science. At least I'm sure someone did a study, but this one is just personal experience as I'm sure all music lovers understand. Still I can't bring myself to wear headphones while shopping in crowded places.

I went to King Soopers to get a few things and it was the worst time to go. All the carts were either taken or scattered in the parking lot. As I stood at the entrance looking at the parking lot, I decided I've gone too far and just got the little carry basket. There were too many people. As an introvert, too much external stimulation stresses me out and I tend to run away from those situations when I can. This turned into a mission essential only trip: milk, cereal, and salad (because green stuff is good for you).

Currently, these are my Go-To's when I need to change my mood:

Milky Change "Flashed Junk Mind" is perfect for getting away from all the noise to focus on yourself.

Wilderado "Head Right" is a newer band we've been playing. It's a fun self-talk song.

Talking Heads "Psycho Killer" is a classic that never gets old. Don't read too far into it.

Amyl and The Sniffers "Hertz" was just added to Punk Tacos and it makes great "I'm a badass" background music. This might make me wear headphones in the grocery store.
